Will checking my website break anything?+
No. Our check only looks at what any visitor can already see, using gentle, read-only requests spread out over time. We don’t log in, guess passwords or change anything unless you hire us to fix something.
My site is small. Would anyone really attack it?+
Yes — most attacks are automated. Bots scan millions of sites a day for outdated plugins, exposed files and weak settings, then use them to send spam, host scams or steal customer data. Small sites are targeted because they are less likely to be maintained.
What kinds of websites do you work with?+
WordPress, custom-built sites and simple online stores. For Wix, Squarespace and Shopify, the platform handles the server; we check and fix the settings you control, like your domain, email and apps.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?+
No. The Website Check and Fix & Secure packages work wherever your site is hosted. Many clients choose our hosting afterwards because it removes the most common causes of problems — but that is up to you.
I’m not technical. Will I understand the report?+
That is the point. Every finding is explained in plain English: what is wrong, why it matters to your business, and what to do. We go through it with you on a short call.
What if my site has already been hacked?+
Contact us right away. We can assess the damage, clean it up, and move it to secure hosting so it doesn’t happen again. Cleanup is quoted separately because every case is different.
